Berry Syrup

8 oz Frozen unsweetened berries 12 oz Frzn apple juice concentrate 1 tb Cornstarch 1/4 c Cold water Combine berries of your choice and undiluted apple juice concentrate in cause pan. Mix cornstarch in water until dissolved Slowly add a little of the cornstarch mixture to berry mixture while it cooks over medium temperature Continue adding cornstarch until syrup is desired thickness Serve over waffles or pancakes Makes about 2 1/2 cups **Natures Pantry Cookbook**
