Cilantro Lovers' Veggie Sauce

1/2 c Fresh cilantro leaves; -chopped 1/4 c Blanched almonds; chopped 6 tb Extra virgin olive oil 3 tb Mirin 1 ts Sugar 1 Clove garlic; minced Salt; to taste Freshly ground black pepper; -to taste Place all the ingredients in the blender and pulse until you have a smooth puree. For a thinner sauce add more olive oil and mirin on a 2/1 basis. Taste test and adjust to your personal preference. Recipe by: Molly Walsh
