Memphis Style Sauce

         Yield: 1 Servings

      1 c  Tomato sauce
      1 c  Vinegar
      5 tb Worcestershire sauce
      1 tb Butter
    1/2 sm Onion; chopped
      1 ds Black pepper
      1 ds Cayenne pepper
  1 1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 c  Water
 
  Mix all ingredients together in a large sauce pan, bring to a quick boil,
  reduce heat, and let simmer for 10 minutes.
