1tbParsley, chopped fine
2tbCelery leaves, chopped fine
1slLemon (peeled and chopped)
12Juniper berries (less or more to taste)
1Tangerine (whole), peeled
1/4lbLarding pork (bacon will do)
10Peppercorns (bruised)
1/4cMandarine Napoleon (a tangerine liqueur; you could probably substitute Cointreau in a pinch. Use more or less, to taste.)
