Sally's Shrimp

1/2 lb Mushrooms; thinly sliced Lemon pepper Paprika 1 lb Jumbo shrimp; peeled & -butterflied 1/2 c Butter; melted 1/2 c Fresh lemon juice 1 c Cooked wild rice Preheat oven to 350F. Place mushrooms in a buttered Pyrex casserole. Place shrimp, cut side down, on top. Season with lemon pepper and paprika. Pour melted butter over shrimp and bake for 8 minutes.
