Seafood Cocktail Sauce

1 c Prepared salsa or ketchup 1 tb Horseradish (or dbl. amt.) 1 tb Lemon juice 3 ds Hot pepper sauce This is a basic seafood cocktail sauce, although using salsa in place of ketchup will give it an interesting twist.
