2 lg Tomatoes -- seeded and Diced 1/2 c Pineapple -- finely diced 2 Green onions -- thinly Sliced 1 md Jalapeno pepper -- minced 2 tb Fresh cilantro -- minced 2 tb Lime juice 1 c Garlic -- peeled and minced Combine all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve.
